About me
I lead worship, and I lead the teams behind it: worship, creative, and production. Over two decades I’ve built large teams across the arts and communications, managed projects from concept to completion, and guided organizations through major leadership transitions and system upgrades.
What I love most is mentoring people, helping musicians, techs, and leaders grow into what they’re capable of. I’ve been married for 28 years and I’m a dad of three.
