Trent Cowart is a worship pastor and creative leader. He leads worship, and he leads the teams behind it: worship, creative, and production. His work has shaped worship and the creative arts in the local church, with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
He has led teams of more than 100 people in congregations of over 5,000, guided those teams through large-scale leadership transitions, and produced weekly services and annual events, including gatherings of more than 14,000 people.
His strength is turning vision into execution: building and leading teams, running complex projects from concept to completion, and aligning music, video, graphics, and teaching around a single brand and message.
